Linda J. Walsh, 48, of 2837 147th Ave., Sherrard, died Wednesday, Sept. 13, 1995, at Trinity Medical Center, West Campus, Rock Island.
Services are 9:30 a.m. Monday at Trimble Funeral Home, Moline, and 10 a.m. Monday at St. Ambrose Catholic Church, Milan. Burial is in National Cemetery, Arsenal Island. Visitation is 4 to 7 p.m. Sunday.
The former Linda Harkless was born Jan. 27, 1947, in Rock Island, the daughter of Arthur and Marrianna Anderson Harkless. She married Michael E. Walsh May 2, 1969, in Rock Island.
She was a graduate of Rock Island High School.
She was employed by Per-Mar Security as a gate guard at Case-IH, East Moline, for the past three years.
She was a former member of the VFW Auxiliary.
Survivors include the widower; sons and daughters-in-law Joe and Traci Walsh, Jeff Walsh, and Matt Walsh, all of Sherrard, and Bob and Leann Walsh, Milan; four grandchildren; her mother, in Milan; sisters and brother-in-law Orphajean Hasson, and Kay and Bob Henry, all of Rock Island, and Ruth Harkless, Milan; brothers Richard Harkless and Reginald Harkless, both of Rock Island, and John Harkless and Arthur Harkless, Jr., both of Milan.
